The Candidate” (formerly known as The Human Capital Strategy) is designed to add value in your recruitment process – it strategy is more focused on aspect of promoting (enhancing) productivity.

The Visions and Goals of the Strategy:
1.       Increase Productivity and Efficiency - To build a list of all current candidates.
2.       To add-value to the Recruitment Process - The Candidate gets the Relevant Message.
3.       To Enable Searching of Criterion- To Identify Candidates that have applied for the positions previously.

The Candidate is created for you as the Brand and for you as the Recruitment Agency with placing the utmost focus also on “the candidate” and you as the Brand and as the Recruitment Agency.

The Layout of the Strategy:
For Brands there are two layouts:
·         The Candidate - Brand - Strategy 1 (Same Sheet)
·         The Candidate - Brand - Strategy 2 (Different Sheets)

For Recruitment Agencies there two layouts:
·         The Candidate - Recruitment Agency - Strategy 1 (Same Sheet)
·         The Candidate - Recruitment Agency - Strategy 2 (Different Sheets)

The reason for this is that you might prefer one over the other – which is a your own unique personal preference;

There is a Database as well:

The Database is built and designed so that all those whom have applied and then interviewed, via the Human Capital Department or via the Recruitment Agency are kept on record called Database of Candidates

I am passionate about Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship and I aspire to be the Leader in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship in Durban, then in South Africa and then the World. I know that passionate is somewhat clichéd (or overused) – but maybe being passionate is the perspective of being part of the greater, which is being realized by many individuals.
